Terms and Conditions

Before you register for a tour, please read this agreement carefully and be sure you understand it.  Also, review the important information on trip inclusions, prices, payments, and refund policies on your itinerary.  By registering for a tour with Allegro Cultural Tours, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies on your itinerary, and that you will adhere to them.  By planning travel with Allegro Cultural Tours, you further represent that you have read and understood the terms contained herein and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Allegro Cultural Tours aims to keep our guests informed and safe, and our policies fair and sustainable.  We may update this Agreement at any time and you are encouraged to visit to view current Terms & Conditions. 

The Following Policies Apply

These terms and conditions constitute an understanding and agreement between you, the trip participant (“participant” “traveler” or “guest”), and Allegro Cultural Tours (“Allegro Cultural Tours,” “ACT,” “we,” or “us”) with respect to any and all travel planning, bookings, tours or transactions made with Allegro Cultural Tours. 


By submitting a registration form, paying a deposit, checking a box that states “I accept the Terms ….” or signing this agreement for yourself or a minor under your custody, care or control (“Minor”) you accept all of the terms in this agreement and direct us to perform services on your behalf, any Minor’s behalf, and on behalf of any traveler who you sign up for a tour.



This Agreement explains your responsibilities to us and our responsibilities to you in conjunction with those on your itinerary.  In case of conflict between terms and conditions here and on your itinerary, terms and conditions on your itinerary prevail. 


You are responsible for choosing a trip that fits your abilities, level of fitness, and health. You are also responsible for reading pre-trip material, preparing yourself for travel, and acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited.  In addition, we entrust you to be punctual on tour and respectful of your traveling companions and ACT staff who accompany and work on the tour. 

Allegro Cultural Tours promises to make sure that the trip arrangements we have agreed to provide are handled with skill and care.  We commit to working with you in a pleasant, honest, and professional manner with the best of intention and goodwill.



Some components of your tour are operated by third parties (for example, an airline or a hotel), led by independent contractors (for example, a city tour or a cooking class), and supplied by tourism, cultural, and hospitality entities separate from Allegro Cultural Tours.  These “suppliers” are not affiliated with Allegro Cultural Tours LLC.  They are independently owned and managed and ACT cannot and does not control them (their facilities, equipment, staffing, production, etc.).  That said, Allegro Cultural Tours acts solely as an intermediary for suppliers of travel related goods and services, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, food and restaurants, entertainment, sightseeing, and other activities reserved for tour guests.

All tour arrangements are made upon the express condition that Allegro Cultural Tours LLC, dba “Allegro Cultural Tours'' shall not be liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, or financial loss arising from injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, change in itinerary, or inconvenience sustained while on tour. 

Allegro Cultural Tours accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any error, negligence, omission, breach of contract, bankruptcy, or failure by a hotel, carrier, restaurant, guide, or third party;  Allegro Cultural Tours is not responsible or liable for claims due to weather, sickness, pandemic, government action, strike, strife, war, terrorism, shootings, theft, cybercrime, trips and falls, harm at the hands of another tour member, or for any cause whatsoever, beyond the control of Allegro Cultural Tours LLC. 


Travel Insurance

Allegro Cultural Tours recommends you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment.  Travel insurance is not included on most ACT tours, so be sure to review the information on your itinerary and plan accordingly.  If you do not have travel insurance, you may lose money if you have to cancel a trip.  Also, you will have to pay out of your own pocket to deal with a problem while you are away.  ACT encourages you to shop for a travel protection plan that provides the level of coverage and protection you need for for your peace of mind.

Promotional Materials

Allegro Cultural Tours reserves the perpetual, world-wide right to use photos, videos, comments, and commentary of ACT tour guests in connection with promotional materials in print, and on ACT’s website and social media platforms.


Allegro Cultural Tours reserves the right to make route, hotel, itinerary and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.


Thank you for agreeing to these Terms & Conditions as a provision for traveling with Allegro Cultural Tours.
